Route 60 Speed & Reliability Improvements

Forman Consulting Services served as the Lead Civil Engineer for the Route 60 Corridor Study. The purpose of this project was to identify capital investments that improve transit travel time, reliability, and customer experience by implementing capital improvements within the existing public right-of-way (ROW) along key portions of Route 60.

The primary goal of the project was to propose capital investments that improve average transit travel times by up to 15% during peak hours. The improvements prioritized transit, safety, and multimodal treatments to improve speed, reliability, and access to transit along the corridor.
