Forman Consulting Services serves as the Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for the Route 106 Corridor Study. The purpose of this project is to identify capital investments that improve transit travel time, reliability, and customer experience by implementing capital improvements within the existing public right-of-way (ROW) along key portions of Route 106.
The primary goal is to propose capital investments that improve average transit travel times by up to 15% during peak hours, while identifying additional transit-supportive improvements such as passenger amenity enhancements at key bus stops and improved pedestrian and bicycle access and safety to and from stops. All improvements prioritize transit, safety, and multimodal treatments along the corridor.
